The dailies related below have special rates for the participants and should be applied just for the reservations requested through MV Viagens.

EVENT'S PLACE:
• NATAL CONVENTION CENTER
• Daily rate per apartment expressed in Reais (R $), with the Service fee (10%) and ISS (5%), when charged.
• Daily rate based on Standard / Superior / Luxury accommodations
• Tourist tax: optional payment and not included in the daily rate.
• Request your reservation through our website www.mvviagens.com.br, thus speeding up the confirmation of your request.
• Attendance service exclusively for the congressmen, at the event venue.
Form of payment:
> TRANSFER REGULAR: IN/OUT = R$ 140,00
Transfer Aeroporto --> Hotel --> Aeroporto

> HOSTING: The total amount of the package can be paid in up to 05 times without interest or the view, by means of bank vouchers, as long as the last payment does not exceed the date of September 05, 2018.> AIR PASSAGE: without interest by credit card - provided that the minimum value of each installment is not less than R $ 55.00. Observations: - Installment allowed only for cards issued in Brazil. - The conditions of installment may change depending on the policy of financing the Airline. - Consult us about other airlines.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing: perinato2018@mvviagens.com.br Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival: MV Viagens will charge a 10% fee to cover administrative expenses. Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival: MV Viagens will charge a 10% fee to cover administrative expenses and a penalty corresponding to one night of the chosen hotel. Cancellations made less than 30 days after your arrival, there will be no refund.
• Watch for check-in and check-out times. (check in at 2:00 p.m. and check out at 12:00 p.m.)
