The dailies related below have special rates for the participants and should be applied just for the reservations requested through MV Viagens.

Event period: May 15th to 18th, 2018
- Daily rates are in Brazilian Reais, including service taxes.
- The daily rates of the accommodations are in category Standard / Superior / Lux
- Tourism Tax: optional payment, not included in the daily rate
- Request your hosting reservation through our website www.mvviagens.com.br , to speed up your booking confirmation.
- Front desk attendance at the main venue, for the event participants.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations should be formalized by the e-mail: cbgmcbteim2018@mvviagens.com.br
Cancellations requests until 60 days to the check in: MV Viagens charge a penalty of 10% of the purchase to cover adminstrative expenses.
Cancellations requests from 59 to 30 days of the check in: MV Viagens charge a penalty of 10% of the purchase to cover administrative expenses and a penalty of 1 night at the chosen hotel.
Cancellations requests with less than 30 days to the check in: no refund.
